Federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. FOR THE GS-11 LEVEL:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-09 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates:
Provide budget planning and execution of appropriated, user-fee, and reimbursable Federal funds sources. Utilize Federal financial systems, customized, and off-the-shelf financial and accounting systems to conduct analysis and reporting of expenditures and revenue for a multi-million-dollar operation. Implement and administer temporary duty and relocation travel systems. Provide guidance and training to budget technicians and office support assistants. Communicate budgetary and administrative procedures to a broad audience. OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in a financial field, such as accounting, business administration, finance, or business or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are qualifying for this grade level. TRANSCRIPTS are required if:

Applicants may have combinations of successfully completed education and specialized experience to meet total qualification requirements. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
