Job Description We are looking for responsible team members with outgoing and active attitudes.
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Answering phones.
Helping carryout, curbside, and pick up window customers.
Managing money.
Counting Inventory.
Making pizzas in a busy and timed environment.
Leading the team to successful shifts.
Wowing our customers.
Opening and closing the store.
Adhere to safety protocols.
Interview, hire, and discipline team members.
Lead by example.
Shifts are mainly night and weekends.
Must have proven successful management track record.
Compensation $15 - $18 p/hour based on experience.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Must be able to pass a criminal background and driving record check.
Basic math knowledge.
Highly motivated.
Able to work nights and weekends.
Able to work long hours standing, moving, lifting, carrying, and walking.
Proven customer service skills.
Fearless and determined with resilience and tenacity to keep going and find a way to win.
Adaptable to change their approach in conjunction with the General Manager.
Eager to progress their leadership skills up to the level required to be a General Manager.
A great communicator.
A positive attitude.
